PHAN THIET - VILLA DEL SOL RESORT
Tour Duration: 3 Days 2 Nights
DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – VILLA DEL SOL RESORT 4* (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: The Haytour bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following points. Depending on your location, you may choose the most convenient pick-up point for your family. The following is a tentative schedule and may change depending on traffic conditions, the number of guests, and actual pick-up points:
07:15 – Tan Binh Sports Center
07:35 – Labor Culture Palace
07:40 – Youth Cultural Center
07:45 – University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Campus 276, 276–282, Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
Note: If you would like to request a special pick-up point, please inform the company in advance for arrangements.
The bus departs for Phan Thiet. Guests will enjoy fun onboard activities. On the way, the bus will stop at a rest station in Dong Nai for a short break. Guests who haven’t had breakfast may have their meal here (at their own expense).
Arrive in Phan Thiet, have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, transfer to Villa Del Sol Resort 4*. Check in and rest.
Afternoon: Guests may freely visit WonderHills, a newly opened attraction in summer 2024. Inspired by Noah’s Ark, which saved all creatures from the Great Flood,Wonder HillPhan Thiet is a unique 3-hectare theme park – the first of its kind in Vietnam. (Optional activity, self-paid)
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the resort for overnight stay. Free to explore Tien Thanh beach by night.

DAY 02: LEISURE AT THE RESORT (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free leisure time to relax at the 4-star resort – swim at the beach or pool, or enjoy resort services.
Optional: Visit the Safari Zoo, the first semi-wild zoo in Phan Thiet, covering 15 hectares. Inspired by the African savannah, it features herbivores such as giraffes, zebras, longhorn cattle, antelopes, sika deer, and ostriches. This family-friendly attraction offers interactive experiences, an eco-friendly design, and an educational entertainment space. Guests may also enjoy a tractor tour inside the zoo. (Optional activity, self-paid)
Noon: Guests enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then return to the resort for relaxation.
Afternoon: Guests continue to enjoy free time at the beach or pool.
Later, the group visits and watches the sunset at Bikini Beach – check-in with unique mini-scenes and iconic installations in Tien Thanh beach, with its long golden sandy shoreline.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant.
Free evening at leisure. Overnight at the resort.
DAY 03: PHAN THIET - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Breakfast buffet at the resort. Guests enjoy free leisure time: swimming at the beach, pool, and using resort facilities.
Noon: Guests check out, then enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the group stops to shop for Phan Thiet specialties as gifts for family and friends. Return to HCMC, ending the tour..

Over The Sea – Conquer giant waves and test your courage.

Rainbow Waterfall– Slide through a colorful rainbow waterfall.

Blue Wave – Experience thrilling waves.

Plus many more attractions such as the Ocean Tower, Seahorse Race, Whirlpool Bay, Naval Training Ground, and Hidden Wave Bay.
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: Air-conditioned bus (16–45 seats depending on group size) for transfers and throughout the program.
- Accommodation: 02 nights at Villa Del Sol Resort 4*. Standard: 2 adults/room. Odd-numbered male/female guests arranged as 3 per room. Single-room requests subject to surcharge.
- Meals: 02 buffet/à la carte breakfasts at resort + 05 standard set-menu main meals.
- Tour guide: Vietnamese-English speaking, enthusiastic and attentive.
- Domestic travel insurance.
- Extras: 01 hat + bottled water.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Day 1 breakfast, personal entertainment, and other expenses not in the program.
- Entrance fees for optional theme parks.
- Single-room supplement.
- Tips for driver and tour guide.
- VAT.
CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation,
special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
