PHAN THIET - CENTARA MIRAGE
Tour Duration: 3 Days 2 Nights
DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BIKINI BEACH – MUI NE – SUOI TIEN – APEC MANDALA 5★ (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s bus and tour guide will pick you up at the following points. Depending on your location, you may move to the most convenient spot. The pickup schedule below is for reference and may change depending on the actual number of guests, pickup points, and traffic conditions:
07:00: Big C Trường Chinh
07:15: Tân Bình Stadium
07:35: Labor Culture Palace
07:40: Youth Cultural House
07:45: University of Economics and Finance (UEF), 276 Điện Biên Phủ St., Bình Thạnh
Note: For other pickup requests, please inform the company for arrangement.
Departure for Phan Thiết. Guests can enjoy fun activities onboard. The bus will stop in Đồng Nai for a short break or breakfast (own expense).
Visit Bikini Beach – check in with iconic seaside photo spots at Tiến Thành Beach, famous for its long golden sandy shore.
Lunch menu: Grilled tiger prawns; Scallops with spring onion oil; Mixed hotpot with vegetables & noodles; Fried fish with tamarind sauce & shredded mango; Fried eggs; Braised pork in coconut juice; Steamed rice; Dessert & iced tea
Visit Suoi Tien (Fairy Stream): Walk along the stream, admire colorful rock formations and cliffs with fascinating shapes.
Check-in at Centara Mirage 5★ Resort in Phan Thiết. Enjoy a wonderful family-oriented resort featuring a Spanish galleon-themed waterpark with slides, lazy river, cliff-diving pool, and aerial obstacle courses.
Climb the 100m-high Faro observation tower for sweeping views of Mui Ne’s coastline or relax at Cenvaree Spa. At the Fantasia water complex, families can enjoy thrilling slides, the galleon ship, and spectacular sea views from the 30m Faro tower. Children have dedicated playgrounds, indoor entertainment (bowling, karaoke, youth centers), and outdoor adventure activities. La Aventura Playground also offers zipline and aerial challenges (surcharge applies).
Afternoon: Free time to swim at the pool or the beachfront with golden sand and clear waters.
Dinner menu: Fried fish; Braised pork with eggs; Stir-fried vegetables; Sour fish soup; Fried eggs; Fish cake in tomato sauce; Steamed rice; Iced tea
Overnight at Centara 5★.
DAY 02: MUI NE – WHITE SAND DUNES (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free leisure time at Centara Mirage – enjoy the beach, swimming pool, and facilities.

Lunch menu: Snail salad with shrimp crackers; Hotpot with cobia fish, vegetables & noodles; Caramelized shrimp; Stir-fried broccoli with mushrooms; Stir-fried green beans with garlic; Beef salad; Steamed rice; Dessert
Afternoon: Visit the White Sand Dunes (Bàu Trắng) – often called “Vietnam’s Sahara,” famous for its pristine sand and stunning scenery, a must-see destination in Bình Thuận. (Note: For groups of 20 guests or more, visit White Sand Dunes. For groups under 20, the visit will be changed to Red Sand Dunes.)
Dinner menu: Braised pork with quail eggs; Stir-fried scallops with bean sprouts & chives; Sweet & sour fish soup; Fried chicken wings with fish sauce; Mixed vegetable salad with vinegar; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Iced tea & fruit dessert; Overnight in Mui Ne.
DAY 03: PHAN THIET - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Breakfast at the resort. Free time to relax, swim in the sea, or at the pool.
Noon: Check out from the resort and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant: Steamed crab (1 crab per guest, type: 6–7 crabs/kg); Grilled scallops; Seafood hotpot with vegetables & vermicelli; Fried squid with fish sauce; Fried tofu; Fresh vegetables; Steamed rice; Fresh fruit & iced tea
Afternoon: On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the group stops for shopping local specialties of Phan Thiet as gifts for family and friends. Arrive back in the city, end of the tour. Farewell and see you again!
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16–45 seat buses (depending on group size) for pick-up, drop-off, and service throughout the itinerary.
- Accommodation: Centara Mirage Resort 4*, 2 guests/room with 1 double bed. For odd-numbered groups (male/female), 3 guests/room will apply. Single supplement applies for private room requests.
- Meals:

- Sightseeing: Entrance tickets to all attractions in the program.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal meals, entertainment, and expenses not listed in the program.
- Single room supplement.
- Breakfast on Day 01.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
