PHAN THIET - ASTERIA MUI NE RESORT

DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – KTOWN RESORT (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Haytour bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following locations. Depending on your residence, please choose the most convenient pick-up point for your family:
07:15 – Tan Binh Sports Arena
07:35 – Labor Cultural Palace
07:40 – Youth Cultural House
07:45 – Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Campus 276, 276-282 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh
Note: Guests who prefer a private pick-up point, must inform the company for arrangement (minimum 5 guests required).
The bus departs for Phan Thiet, with a short rest stop in Dong Nai. Guests who haven’t had breakfast may enjoy it at their own expense.
Guests will then visit Bikini Beach, checking in at the artistic landmarks and chill mini-scenery along the golden sandy shore of Tien Thanh Beach.
Lunch: A diverse buffet lunch at Asteria Mui Ne Resort 5*.
After lunch, check in at Asteria Mui Ne Resort 5*. Welcome to Asteria Mui Ne Resort 5*, an enchanting seaside destination where the ocean meets dreams for a truly all-inclusive getaway.
Enjoy over 345 elegant rooms, each offering stunning views of turquoise waters. Guests can explore seaside amenities and activities along the 200m stretch of soft white sand, and indulge in 5-star dining and bars by evening. With included services and tour privileges, relax by the elegant pool where sky and sea harmonize, savor beachside flavors, and sip delightful cocktails. Rooms are spacious (35m²), modern, and comfortable, ensuring a luxurious stay. Alternatively, guests may contact Reception to book optional excursions to local attractions such as the Wine Castle, Mui Ne Mineral Mud Spa, Sand Sculpture Park, Fairy Stream, Fishing Village Show, Fish Sauce Museum, or Mui Ne Market (self-paid).
Afternoon: Enjoy complimentary afternoon tea within the resort, taking in the fresh sea breeze along one of Mui Ne’s most beautiful white sandy beaches.
Evening: Guests enjoy a diverse buffet dinner at the resort restaurant, with unlimited drinks (detox water, juices, wine, beer, etc.) available at dining venues and bars until 23:00 daily.

DAY 02: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at Asteria Mui Ne Resort 5* with both Asian and European selections.
Free time to swim at the beach, relax at the pool, enjoy the kids’ play zone, or sip drinks at the resort bar.
Light snacks will be served at the resort. Guests may continue to relax along the white sandy beach.
Lunch: Set menu lunch at a local restaurant: Snail salad with shrimp crackers; Grouper hotpot with vegetables and rice vermicelli; Tamarind caramelized shrimp; Braised pork with black pepper; Crispy fried tofu with lemongrass; Butter-fried chicken; Stir-fried broccoli with mushrooms; Steamed white rice; Seasonal fruit
Afternoon: On the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City, stop to shop for Phan Thiet specialties as souvenirs for family and friends. Arrive back in the city, tour concludes.
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16–45 seat bus (depending on registered guest count), round trip and service throughout program.
- Accommodation: Asteria Mui Ne Resort 5*, Standard Deluxe Room (based on 2 adults/room). Single room surcharge applies.
- Meals:

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
