Tour Duration: 4 Days 3 Nights

DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – DA LAT (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s coach and tour guide will pick you up at the following meeting points (please choose the most convenient one for your family):
06:10 – Big C Truong Chinh
06:20 – Tan Binh Stadium
06:40 – Labor Culture Palace
06:50 – Youth Cultural House
07:00 – University of Economics and Finance (UEF), 276 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh District
Note: Guests requesting pick-up, please inform the company in advance for arrangement.
Noon: Arrival in Bao Loc city for lunch at a local restaurant.
Menu includes: Stir-fried angled gourd with shiitake mushrooms; Braised pork with pickled mustard greens; Chicken braised with lemongrass and chili; Steamed egg with minced pork; Sour fish hotpot; Tri-color salad; Steamed rice – iced tea; Dessert
After lunch, continue to Da Lat. Guests may choose their preferred hotel (options provided).
Hotel check-in:
Goldient Boutique Hotel Dalat 4★ – blending classic Indochinese architecture with modern design. Located 2.5 km from Dalat Night Market, the hotel features elegant interiors, excellent guest ratings (Booking.com, Agoda, TripAdvisor…), a heated swimming pool, and friendly service.

Evening: Enjoy vegetable hotpot buffet with unlimited fresh vegetables from Da Lat’s fertile highlands, served with a hearty hotpot in the cool evening weather.
Hotpot set includes: Wild boar, Australian beef, pork belly, chicken breast, quail eggs, beef balls, tofu, shiitake, oyster, and king mushrooms.
After dinner, return to the hotel for rest. Free evening to explore Da Lat nightlife.

DAY 02: MONGO LAND – DOMAINE DE MARIE CHURCH (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Depart for Mongo Land Dalat – a new attraction styled like a Mongolian steppe. With vast grasslands, themed photography spots, surrounding pine-covered hills, and distant coffee plantations, this destination offers fresh mountain air and unique landscapes perfect for photo lovers.


Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant.
Menu includes: Pickled carrot salad with vinegar; Braised snakehead fish in claypot; Omelet with minced pork; Stir-fried morning glory with garlic; Fried tofu with tomato sauce; Crab soup with jute leaves; Pickled eggplant with shrimp paste; Rice in claypot + iced tea; Dessert
Return to hotel for rest
Afternoon: Visit
Domaine de Marie Church, a pink-hued French-style Catholic church built in 1940, also called the “Lady of the Domain,” an iconic landmark of Da Lat.
Evening: Dinner BBQ with assorted grilled specialties. Free time to explore Da Lat by night. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 03: CAU DAT TEA HILLS – LINH PHUOC PAGODA – DA LAT NIGHT MARKET (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Breakfast at hotel. Depart to visit:
Cau Dat Tea Hills (1650m altitude, 230ha): Endless green tea plantations, cool year-round climate, photogenic cafes, golden rose gardens, and trendy check-in spots.

Phin Deli Red Train Café: A unique, Instagram-worthy location.

10:00 – Linh Phuoc Pagoda: A famous temple holding 11 national records. Known as the “bottle pagoda,” it is built with over 5,000 ceramic pieces, housing impressive works such as:
49m-long dragon sculpture winding around the Maitreya statue
Altar of 108 Avalokiteshvara statues
18-level Hell model
Wax statue of Monk Minh Ha Duc
Giant Quan Am statue made from thousands of everlasting flowers
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant.

Menu includes: Watercress salad with eggs; Chicken wings fried in fish sauce; Stir-fried mixed vegetables with garlic; Braised catfish in claypot; Boiled vegetables with caramelized dip; Pork rib soup with vegetables; Steamed rice; Dessert
Afternoon: Visit
Lam Vien Square, featuring two giant glass structures:
Wild Sunflower Dome – 18m high, 1,200m², serves as an event stage.

Giant Artichoke Flower Bud – 15m tall, with yellow-green glass panels, symbolizing Da Lat.
Evening: Free to enjoy dinner at
Da Lat Night Market with local specialties (self-pay). Guests may stroll Xuan Huong Lake, rent tandem bikes, or sip hot soy milk in the cool night breeze.

DAY 04: DA LAT – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at hotel. Check out and depart for Samten Hill Buddhist Cultural Space in Don Duong, Lam Dong – a serene spiritual site ideal for meditation and positive energy.

Highlight: Drigung Kagyu Rinchen Khorchen Khorwe Go Gek Stupa – the world’s largest prayer wheel stupa, certified by Guinness World Records. Made of solid bronze plated with 24k gold, weighing 200 tons, 37.22m tall, 16.53m in diameter – symbolizing peace, prosperity, and blessings. (Entrance included in tour).
Noon: Lunch at local restaurant.

Menu includes: Watercress salad with vinegar; Grilled beef with Indian prickly ash spice; Boiled vegetables with caramelized dip; Tofu with seafood sauce; Thai-style hotpot; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Dessert + iced tea
After lunch, the group departs for Ho Chi Minh City. 
Arrival in HCMC – end of tour.
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 7–16–19–29–35–45 seat vehicles (depending on group size) for pick-up, drop-off, and service throughout the program.
- Accommodation:
1 night at Houston Bao Loc (unrated hotel).
1 night at La Chérie / Cherry Dalat 3 Hotel, or equivalent (unrated hotel), well-equipped and centrally located near Da Lat Night Market.
1 night at Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam 4*.
- Standard: 2 guests/room. Odd male/female guests will share triple rooms. Single occupancy requires an additional supplement.
- Meals:
03 buffet or à la carte breakfasts at hotels.
07 main meals as per itinerary.
- Sightseeing: Entrance tickets to all attractions listed in the program.
- Tour guide & driver: Professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated service.
- Travel insurance: Full domestic coverage for the entire tour.
- Extras: Complimentary hat & bottled water.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal meals, drinks, entertainment, and expenses not included in the program.
- Breakfast on Day 1 & Dinner on Day 4.
- Drinks at The Wilder Nest Coffee, Ta Nung.
- Single-room supplement and other costs not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Tips for driver.
- VAT.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If 
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.

MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.

RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
