DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – MOVENPICK RESORT (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following points. Depending on your location, you may choose the most convenient pick-up point for your family. The following is a tentative schedule and may change depending on traffic conditions, the number of guests, and actual pick-up points:
07:15 – Tan Binh Sports Center
07:35 – Labor Culture Palace
07:40 – Youth Cultural Center
07:45 – University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Campus 276, 276–282, Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
Note: If you would like to request a special pick-up point, please inform the company in advance for arrangements.
The bus departs for Phan Thiet. Guests will enjoy fun onboard activities. On the way, the bus will stop at a rest station in Dong Nai for a short break. Guests who haven’t had breakfast may have their meal here (at their own expense).
Sightseeing:
Bikini Beach – check-in with unique icons and relaxing mini-scenery along Tiến Thành Beach with its golden sandy shoreline.
Safari Zoo – the first semi-wildlife park in Phan Thiet, covering 15 hectares. Inspired by the African savanna, it is home to herbivores such as giraffes, zebras, longhorn cattle, antelopes, sika deer, ostriches, and more. Not only does it provide close interaction with adorable animals suitable for all ages, but Safari Café also promotes “green tourism,” blending entertainment with environmental education.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, check in at Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiết 5*. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Tiến Thành – Phan Thiết, with clear blue waters and white sand, this is an ideal destination for family holidays and relaxing getaways. Situated within NovaWorld Phan Thiết, Mövenpick Resort offers a unique ocean-themed vacation inspired by Caribbean legends. Modeled after Port Royal Castle, once considered the capital of Caribbean pirate lore, all 248 deluxe rooms feature Dutch colonial architecture with spacious archways. Caribbean-style artworks, treasure chests, and nautical maps highlight every corner of the resort.

Afternoon: Free time for swimming on the private beach stretching hundreds of meters, or enjoy the resort’s swimming pool. Immerse yourself in authentic seaside living – from white sandy dunes and turquoise waves to spa beds and crystal-clear pools. Breathe the sea breeze, dip your feet in cool waters, enjoy afternoon tea on a breezy balcony, or indulge in a sunset swim under the romantic glow of dusk. A luxurious coastal escape you’ll never want to leave.

Visit WonderHills – a newly launched and one-of-a-kind “Wonder Hill” inspired by the legendary Noah’s Ark, which saved all species from the Great Flood. Covering nearly 3 hectares, this is Vietnam’s first theme park of its kind.

Evening: Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner, then free time to explore and rest overnight at Mövenpick Resort 5*.

DAY 02: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time to swim on the long sandy beach or relax at the resort’s pool.

Check out of the hotel. The group enjoys lunch at a local restaurant, then departs for Ho Chi Minh City.
Arrive back in the city, end of program. Farewell and see you again!

Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16–29–45 seat vehicles (depending on group size) for transfers and services throughout the itinerary.
- Accommodation: Mövenpick Resort 5*, standard 2 guests/room (3 guests/room in case of odd male/female numbers). A single supplement will apply for guests requesting a private room.
- Meals: 01 buffet breakfast at the resort & 03 standard set menu meals (130,000 – 180,000 VND/person/meal)
- Sightseeing: Entrance tickets to attractions as per itinerary.
- Complimentary entrance tickets to Safari Zoo & Wonder Hill.
- Tour Guide: Vietnamese-English speaking guide, enthusiastic and attentive.
- Domestic travel insurance for the entire tour.
- Travel hat + bottled water.
- VAT included.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal meals, entertainment, and expenses outside the program.
- Breakfast on Day 01.
- Single supplement surcharge and other costs not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Tips for driver and tour guide.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If 
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.

MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.

RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
