DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – KTOWN RESORT (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s bus and tour guide will pick you up at the following locations (depending on your address, you may move to the most convenient pick-up point for your family). The below pick-up schedule is tentative and may change depending on the actual number of passengers, number of pick-up points, and traffic conditions:
07:00: Tan Binh Stadium – 448 Hoang Van Thu, Ward 4, Tan Binh District.
07:20: Cung Van Hoa Lao Dong
07:30: Nha Van Hoa Thanh Nien
07:40: University of Economics and Finance – 276 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District.
07:55: Song Hanh Road, Xa Lo Ha Noi
Note: If you would like a private pick-up point, please inform the company for arrangements.
The bus departs for Phan Thiet. Guests can join fun onboard activities. The bus will stop at a rest station in Dong Nai for a short break; guests who have not had breakfast may have it at their own expense.
Lunch menu: Steamed squid with ginger; Grilled eggplant with scallion oil; Chicken salad with banana blossom; Hotpot with cobia fish; Caramelized shrimp and pork belly; Pickled eggplant with fish sauce; Steamed rice; Fresh fruit + iced tea
After lunch, guests check in at K-Town Resort (4-star) – a village-style resort inspired by Korean architecture, recreating an authentic “Kimchi land” atmosphere for a unique and elegant stay.

Located right next to the international 36-hole PGA golf course at NovaWorld Phan Thiet, K-Town Resort offers diverse facilities: K-Town Restaurant, K-Town Lounge & Bar, K-Town Spa, Olympic-standard swimming pool, tennis court, football field, basketball court, and modern conference rooms.

Guests then visit WonderHills – a brand new attraction launched in summer 2024. Inspired by Noah’s Ark, which saved living beings from the great flood, WonderHill Phan Thiet is a unique theme park covering nearly 3 hectares, the first of its kind in Vietnam.
Dinner menu at a local restaurant: Pan-seared pork belly; Braised chicken with ginger; Red tilapia fried with tamarind fish sauce and green mango; Stir-fried chives and bean sprouts; Fried eggs with scallions; Gourd soup with shrimp; Steamed rice; Fresh fruit + iced tea
Evening free to stroll the seafront boulevard with many shophouses, coffee shops, and the central square.

DAY 02: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Guests enjoy the sunrise and take photos at Bikini Beach (next to Wonderland Resort, accessible by walking or electric carts operating 24/7) – with long golden sand and stylish beachside décor.
Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time to relax at the resort, swim at the beach or pool, and enjoy its services.

Guests then visit the Safari Zoo, the first semi-wildlife park in Phan Thiet, covering 15 hectares. Designed with inspiration from the African savanna, it is home to giraffes, zebras, longhorn cattle, antelopes, spotted deer, ostriches, etc. Safari Café also promotes eco-tourism and education. Guests may choose to experience tractor rides inside the zoo (extra cost).
Lunch menu: Stir-fried squid with loofah; Scallops/clams grilled with scallion oil (seasonal); Boiled vegetables with caramelized fish sauce dip; Braised pork with quail eggs; Fried chicken wings with fish sauce; Seafood hotpot with noodles and vegetables; Steamed rice; Fresh fruit + iced tea
After lunch, check out of the resort. On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, the group stops to shop for Phan Thiet specialties as gifts. Return to HCMC, end of tour.

Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation by 16–45 seat bus (depending on group size) for the entire program.
- Accommodation at K-Town Resort 4*, 2–3 guests/room. Single room surcharge applies.
- Entrance tickets (single entry) to theme parks included in the program.
- Meals: 01 buffet breakfast at resort + 03 standard set menus.
- Vietnamese-English speaking tour guide, professional and attentive.
- Domestic travel insurance.
- Free hat + bottled water.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Breakfast on Day 1, personal expenses, and services not mentioned.
- Single room surcharge.
- Tips for driver and tour guide.
- VAT.
- Tractor ride at Safari Café.
- Electric cart ride at Dino Park.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If 
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.

MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.

RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
