PHAN THIET - APEC MANDALA 5*
Tour Duration: 3 Days 2 Nights
DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – BIKINI BEACH – MUI NE – SUOI TIEN – APEC MANDALA 5* (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Haytour bus and tour guide will pick you up at the following locations. Depending on your family’s residence, you may choose the most convenient pick-up point. The schedule below is for reference and may change depending on the number of guests, actual pick-up points, and traffic conditions:

07:15 – Tan Binh Stadium
07:35 – Labor Culture House
07:40 – Youth Cultural House
07:45 – University of Economics and Finance HCMC (UEF), Campus 276, 276-282 Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh District

The bus departs for Phan Thiet. Guests will enjoy fun onboard activities. A short stop will be made in Dong Nai for rest, or for those who haven’t had breakfast to enjoy their meal at their own expense.
Visit Bikini Beach – check-in with beachside landmarks and miniatures at Tien Thanh Beach, with long stretches of golden sand.
Lunch: Enjoy a Vietnamese set menu: Grilled tiger prawns; Fried fish with tamarind sauce & shredded mango; Seafood hotpot with noodles & vegetables; Squid salad; Pork braised in coconut juice; Stir-fried chayote with garlic; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Dessert & iced tea
Afternoon: Visit Suoi Tien, a stream flowing between colorful rock formations and sand cliffs with fascinating shapes.
Then, check into Apec Mandala Cham Bay Mui Ne 5* – the newly opened, much-anticipated luxury resort featuring modern, minimalist yet elegant design, ocean or pool view rooms, and a wide range of upscale facilities.
Highlights of Apec Mandala 5*:
Evening: Free time for swimming at the resort pool or relaxing at the beach. Optional activities: team building, paddle-boarding, kite flying, etc. (at own expense).
Dinner menu: Braised catfish in clay pot; Stir-fried green beans with shrimp; Sour soup with sea fish; Chicken braised with lemongrass & chili; Garden salad with vinaigrette; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Dessert
Overnight at Apec Mandala 5*
DAY 02: MUI NE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time for swimming, beach relaxation, or enjoying the resort’s services.
Lunch menu:Snail salad with shrimp crackers; Hotpot with cobia fish, noodles & vegetables; Shrimp braised with tamarind; Braised pork with black pepper; Fried tofu with lemongrass; Butter-fried chicken; Stir-fried broccoli with mushrooms; Steamed rice; Dessert
Afternoon: Visit White Sand Dunes (Bau Trang) – often compared to the Sahara Desert, with pristine sand landscapes and breathtaking surroundings, a must-see attraction in Phan Thiet. (Note: For group departures of 20 guests or more, Bau Trang is included. If fewer than 20, the group will instead visit Red Sand Dunes.)
Dinner menu:Braised pork with quail eggs; Stir-fried scallops with bean sprouts & chives; Sweet & sour fish soup; Chicken wings with fish sauce; Garden salad with vinaigrette; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Fresh fruit & iced tea

DAY 03: PHAN THIET - HO CHI MINH CITY(Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning:Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time to enjoy the beach, pool, or facilities at Apec Mandala.
Noon: Check out. Visit Mui Ne Fishing Village and Mui Ne Market. Lunch at a local restaurant:Steamed crab (1 crab per guest, size 6–7 crabs/kg); Grilled scallops; Seafood hotpot with noodles & vegetables; Fried baby squid with fish sauce; Beef salad; Fried tofu with shrimp paste & fresh herbs; Stir-fried string beans with garlic; Braised fish; Steamed rice; Fresh fruit & iced tea
Afternoon: On the return trip to Ho Chi Minh City, stop for shopping local specialties in Phan Thiet. Arrive back in HCMC.
End of the tour. Farewell and see you again!
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.

- Transportation: 16–45 seat coach (depending on group size) for the entire program
- Accommodation: Apec Mandala Cham Bay Mui Ne 5*, standard 2 guests/room. Single supplement applies if 1 guest/room

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
