DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – ALLEZBOO (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour’s bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following points. Depending on your location, you may choose the most convenient pick-up point for your family. The following is a tentative schedule and may change depending on traffic conditions, the number of guests, and actual pick-up points:
07:15 – Tan Binh Sports Center
07:35 – Labor Culture Palace
07:40 – Youth Cultural Center
07:45 – University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Campus 276, 276–282, Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
Note: If you would like to request a special pick-up point, please inform the company in advance for arrangements.
The bus departs for Phan Thiet. Guests will enjoy fun onboard activities. On the way, the bus will stop at a rest station in Dong Nai for a short break. Guests who haven’t had breakfast may have their meal here (at their own expense).
Visit Bikini Beach, check in with its famous icons and miniatures, and relax at Tien Thanh Beach with its long stretch of golden sand.
Lunch: Enjoy a local meal at a restaurant. Menu: Grilled tiger prawns; Fried fish with tamarind sauce and shredded mango; Mixed seafood hotpot with vegetables and rice noodles; Squid salad; Boiled pork with fermented fish sauce and fresh herbs; Stir-fried chayote with garlic; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Dessert & iced tea
After lunch, visit Fairy Stream, where you can walk along the shallow stream and admire the colorful rock formations and unique sand cliffs on both sides.

Check in at AllezBoo Beach Resort & Spa, a 4-star French colonial–style beachfront resort in Mui Ne. It features a peaceful tropical garden, ocean-view swimming pool, Asian–European restaurants, seaside bar, relaxing spa, water sports, and bicycles for beachside rides. Ideal for those seeking a luxurious yet nature-inspired getaway.

Afternoon: Free time to swim in the resort pool or at the beach. The private sandy shoreline with crystal-clear water is just steps away from the resort. Guests can also enjoy optional activities such as team building, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), or kite flying (personal expenses).

Visit the White Sand Dunes (Bàu Trắng), one of Mui Ne’s most famous attractions, often compared to the Sahara Desert for its vast white sand landscapes. This iconic destination attracts both local and international visitors with its pristine beauty and stunning surroundings – a must-see in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan.
(Note: For groups of 20 guests or more traveling together, Bau Trang will be included. For smaller groups, the tour will replace this with the Red Sand Dunes visit.)
Evening: Enjoy a local dinner at a restaurant. Free time to explore Mui Ne by night.
Menu dinner: Braised pork with quail eggs; Stir-fried scallops with bean sprouts and chives; Sour fish soup; Fried chicken wings with fish sauce; Mixed vegetable salad with vinegar dressing; Fried eggs; Steamed rice; Iced tea & fruit dessert
Overnight at AllezBoo Resort.

DAY 02: MUI NE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Buffet breakfast at the resort. Free time for relaxation at AllezBoo Resort: swim at the beach or pool, or enjoy the resort’s facilities and services.

Lunch: Check out of the resort. Visit Mui Ne Fishing Village and Market, then enjoy a seafood lunch: Steamed crab (1 crab per guest, 6–7 crabs/kg size); Grilled scallops; Seafood hotpot with vegetables & noodles; Fried baby squid with fish sauce; Beef salad; Fried tofu with fermented anchovy sauce & fresh herbs; Stir-fried string beans with garlic; Braised fish; Steamed rice; Seasonal fruits & iced tea
Afternoon: On the way back to Ho Chi Minh City, stop for shopping at a local specialty store in Phan Thiet for souvenirs and gifts. Arrive back in HCMC. End of tour.

Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If 
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.

NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.

MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.

RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
