DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – ECO RESORT 4* (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour's bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following locations. Guests can choose the pickup point that best suits their location. Please note, pickup times may vary depending on traffic and number of guests:
06:30 – 448 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District
07:00 – UEF University, 276 Đien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
07:30 – Youth Cultural House
07:40 – Labor Culture Palace

Depart for the Mekong Delta, heading to Can Tho – “land of white rice and clear water.”
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, check in at Cantho Eco Resort 4*.

Cantho Eco Resort 4* is a premium resort ideal for rest and relaxation. The space embraces the essence of the Mekong countryside with 4.5 hectares of lush greenery, natural ponds, and tropical fruit gardens – a peaceful retreat in bustling Can Tho City. With architecture inspired by Indochinese design, the resort features 60 separate bungalows and villas, fully equipped to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. Amenities include a saltwater swimming pool (the first in the Mekong Delta), gym, tennis court, spa, conference room, and orchard. Guests can enjoy fresh, delicious meals made with clean, naturally sourced ingredients from the resort’s own farm, prepared by professional chefs.

Cooking Class Experience: Join the resort’s hands-on cooking class where the chef will teach you how to make traditional Southern Vietnamese desserts such as steamed layered cake, banana cake. You’ll also enjoy the dishes you've prepared yourself.

Optional Activity: Try your hand at fishing in the resort’s 40,000m² fishing area stocked with species such as red tilapia, catfish, and basa. All fish are fed with natural ingredients like bananas and local vegetables. (Fishing fee not included.)
Evening: Head to Ninh Kieu Wharf to board a dinner cruise on the river. Enjoy a meal, relax, and explore the vibrant nightlife of Can Tho.

DAY 02: ECO SAFARI – THE PURPLE HOUSE – NINH KIEU WHARF (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Enjoys a delicious buffet breakfast at the resort featuring a wide variety of specialties. Afterwards, you are free to explore, relax, and enjoy the resort’s facilities.

Visit Eco Safari – an animal park located inside Eco Wonderland, part of Can Tho Eco Resort. Around 20 species of animals have been introduced here and are adapting well to the natural surroundings. Children and families can explore the zoo, interact with the animals, and feed them. The park is home to a variety of species such as sheep, goats, deer, peacocks, ostriches, pheasants… all naturally raised within a rambutan orchard. The animals are friendly, offering children fun and memorable experiences.

Then, depart for the Purple House in Can Tho, a trending check-in spot and popular tourist attraction. Entirely painted in a vibrant purple tone, the house is famous for its unique “purple from head to toe” concept, attracting a large number of visitors. Noon, the group enjoys a flavorful lunch at a local restaurant, featuring authentic Mekong Delta cuisine. After lunch, guests are free to rest and continue enjoying the resort’s services.
Afternoon, guests can relax by the swimming pool or stroll around for photos within the beautiful resort grounds.
Evening, the group heads to Ninh Kieu Wharf to board a dinner cruise. Enjoy a lovely dinner onboard and experience the nightlife of Can Tho.

DAY 3: CANTHO ECO RESORT – TRUC LAM PHUONG NAM ZEN MONASTERY – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: After breakfast, guests can visit the resort’s vegetable garden, or simply relax and enjoy amenities such as the gym, walking paths, or the saltwater swimming pool.
Eco Resort Film Studio: A picturesque photography spot with iconic Mekong Delta backdrops. Particularly notable is the traditional brick kiln set, reminiscent of life in the rural southwestern provinces during the 1970s. Back then, brick kilns were a vital source of income for many families.

Noon, the group has lunch at a local restaurant, then checks out and begins the journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.
On the way, visit:
Truc Lam Phuong Nam Zen Monastery, located in My Khanh Commune, Phong Dien District, Can Tho City, about 15 km from the city center. This is one of the most famous temples in the region, with architectural elements inspired by the Ly – Tran dynasties. The buildings feature traditional tiled roofs, ironwood columns, brick walls, and terracotta-tiled pathways. The temple complex includes 20 architectural structures such as the ancestral house, main hall, pavilions, a 9-story stupa, drum and bell towers, monks’ quarters, guesthouse, dining hall, and library. A highlight of the monastery is the use of over 1,000 blocks of imported African ironwood, along with a bronze statue of Shakyamuni Buddha and centuries-old Du Sam wood statues of Bodhisattvas and Zen masters.

Afternoon, the group stops at a local rest area where you can shop for specialties such as Lai Vung raw fermented pork and tropical fruits to bring home as gifts. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City.

Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: 16 – 29 – 45-seat air-conditioned coach (depending on the number of registered guests), serving throughout the itinerary.
- Accommodation: 2 nights at Can Tho Eco Resort (4-star), based on double occupancy (triple room for odd number of male/female guests).
- Meals: 2 breakfasts + 5 set menu main meals, including 1 dinner on the Ninh Kieu dinner cruise.
- Cooking class at the resort.
- Visits to vegetable and fruit gardens.
- Entrance fees to all attractions as per the itinerary.
- Tour guide: Professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated tour guide.
- Travel insurance: Coverage up to VND 20,000,000 per case.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal expenses such as drinks, entertainment, and services not mentioned in the program.
- Breakfast on Day 1.
- Single supplement (extra charge for staying in a single room).
- Tips for the tour guide and driver.
- VAT (Value Added Tax).
CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If 
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT: 
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
