CAN THO ECO RESORT 4*
Tour Duration: 2 Days 1 Nights
DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – ECO RESORT 4* (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Hay Tour's bus and tour guide will pick up guests at the following locations. Guests can choose the pickup point that best suits their location. Please note, pickup times may vary depending on traffic and number of guests:
06:30 – 448 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District
07:00 – UEF University, 276 Đien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
07:30 – Youth Cultural House
07:40 – Labor Culture Palace
Note: If guests wish to be picked up at alternative locations, please inform us in advance for arrangement.
Depart for the Mekong Delta, heading to Can Tho – “land of white rice and clear water.”
Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, check in at Cantho Eco Resort 4*.

Cantho Eco Resort 4* is a premium resort ideal for rest and relaxation. The space embraces the essence of the Mekong countryside with 4.5 hectares of lush greenery, natural ponds, and tropical fruit gardens – a peaceful retreat in bustling Can Tho City. With architecture inspired by Indochinese design, the resort features 60 separate bungalows and villas, fully equipped to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. Amenities include a saltwater swimming pool (the first in the Mekong Delta), gym, tennis court, spa, conference room, and orchard. Guests can enjoy fresh, delicious meals made with clean, naturally sourced ingredients from the resort’s own farm, prepared by professional chefs.

Cooking Class Experience: Join the resort’s hands-on cooking class where the chef will teach you how to make traditional Southern Vietnamese desserts such as steamed layered cake, banana cake. You’ll also enjoy the dishes you've prepared yourself.



Optional Activity: Try your hand at fishing in the resort’s 40,000m² fishing area stocked with species such as red tilapia, catfish, and basa. All fish are fed with natural ingredients like bananas and local vegetables. (Fishing fee not included.)
Late Afternoon: Visit the popular Purple House in Can Tho, famous on social media for its bold, monochromatic lavender aesthetic. Every corner of this house is painted in shades of purple, offering perfect photo ops.
Evening: Head to Ninh Kieu Wharf to board a dinner cruise on the river. Enjoy a meal, relax, and explore the vibrant nightlife of Can Tho.

DAY 02: ECO SAFARI – ECO RESORT FILM STUDIO – TRÚC LÂM PHƯƠNG NAM ZEN MONASTERY (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the resort featuring a wide selection of local and Western dishes. Then, continue exploring the resort.






Eco Safari: Visit the newly launched Eco Safari 2024 inside the resort’s Eco Wonderland. This open-air zoo is home to around 20 animal species such as sheep, deer, ostriches, peacocks, pheasants, and more. Animals roam freely in a rambutan garden, making it a fun and educational experience for families and children.
Eco Resort Film Studio: Take photos at the film set featuring authentic Southern Vietnamese scenery, including traditional brick kilns reminiscent of life in the Mekong during the 1970s. These kilns once supported entire local communities and were a key part of the regional economy.
Noon: Check out of the resort. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then relax and use available resort services before departure.
Afternoon: Visit Truc Lam Phuong Nam Zen Monastery, located in My Khanh Commune, Phong Đien District, around 15km from downtown Can Tho. The architecture reflects the Ly–Tran dynasties, with wooden columns made of African lim, tiled roofs, and brick paths. The monastery features over 20 structures, including: Ancestral House; Assembly Hall; Water Pavilion; Nine-story Stupa; Bell and Drum Towers; Monks’ Residence; Library. Special, the temple contains nearly 1,000 lim wooden columns and a solid bronze Buddha statue, along with Du Sam wood carvings over 800 years old.



Late Afternoon: Stop at a local rest area to shop for regional specialties like raw fermented pork Lai Vung, tropical fruits, etc.
Evening: Return to Ho Chi Minh City. End of tour. Guide bids farewell and hopes to see you again soon.
Depending on actual conditions, the order of visits may be adjusted to ensure all listed attractions are included.
TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation: A 7, 16, 19, 29, or 45-seat vehicle (depending on the number of registered guests) for airport transfers and throughout the entire tour.
- Accommodation: 1 night at Hoan My 5* or Hon Co 3*, and 1 night at Casa Maya Hotel 3*. A single supplement fee will apply for guests who wish to have a private room.
- Meals:
4 set-menu main meals
1 seafood meal on the island, and lobster.
2 buffet breakfasts at the resort/hotel.
- Entrance fees for all tourist attractions listed in the itinerary.
- A Vietnamese-English speaking tour guide who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and attentive.
- Domestic travel insurance for the entire tour, with a maximum compensation of 10,000,000 VND per case.
- Tour hats and bottled water.
TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Personal food, drinks, entertainment, and other expenses not mentioned in the program.
- Breakfast on day 1.
- Single supplement fees.
- Tips for the driver and tour guide.
- VAT (Value Added Tax).
CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
- Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
- Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra
bed).
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
- Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If
the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
- Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
- Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
- Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
- Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
- By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
- The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
- Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Pack light for convenience during travel.
- Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
- This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
- We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
- The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
