DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY - BAO LOC - HOUSTON VILLA BAO LOC (Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Pick up the guests at the following points. Depending on your specific location, please move to the most convenient pick-up point for your family’s travel schedule.

Note: If you wish to be picked up at a private, please inform the company for arrangements.
Depart for Lam Dong Province. Enjoy fun onboard activities. The bus will make a stop for rest or for guests who haven’t had breakfast yet (own expense).
Noon, have lunch at a local restaurant with the following menu: Stir-fried angled gourd with shiitake mushrooms; Deep-fried red tilapia with mango fish sauce; Roasted chicken in soy sauce; Steamed egg with minced pork; Sour fish hotpot; Three-color salad; Steamed rice - iced tea; Dessert
After lunch, visit B’SUMRĂC Church, a work of folk art with soaring bamboo arches blending harmoniously with nature. This is not only a spiritual place for the Mnong people but also a cultural treasure of the local heritage. The group proceeds to check in at Houston Villa Bao Loc and rest.

DAY 02: BAO LOC – BAT NHA MONASTERY – DAMB’RI WATERFALL – BBQ (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Enjoy breakfast and the refreshing chill of Bao Loc. The coach will take the group to visit:
Di Da Pagoda is a hidden gem nestled in the pine forest of Dak Nong, where every step brings you closer to peace. No noise, no glitz – just a humble pagoda with moss-covered roof tiles and a solemn Buddha statue surrounded by lush nature. In the morning, sunlight filters through the pine canopy and mist lingers in the air, creating a serene scene like a painting in the heart of the Central Highlands.
Bat Nha Monastery, one of Lam Dong’s most remarkable spiritual sites, featuring East Asian-inspired architecture with gracefully curved double-tiered roofs blending seamlessly with the tranquil natural surroundings. The grounds are home to a variety of plants such as pine, cycad, and juniper, adding to the harmony with the forested landscape. Located in the mountains, the monastery often greets visitors with early morning mist, where dew drops glisten on pine needles, brightening the fresh highland air.
Damb’ri Waterfall, one of the most majestic waterfalls in the Central Highlands. Explore the surrounding diverse ecosystem and enjoy the pristine, cool air. The entrance ticket includes a lift ride to the waterfall viewing area.
Noon, lunch at a local restaurant with the following menu: Mixed salad with vinaigrette; Stir-fried choy sum with garlic; Braised chicken with lemongrass and chili; Tofu stuffed with minced pork in tomato sauce;Stir-fried pork belly with green beans; Mixed vegetable hotpot; Steamed rice – iced tea; Fresh fruit dessert
Afternoon: enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea featuring local specialties and farm-fresh produce.
Evening, savor a BBQ dinner under Bao Loc’s cool night sky, followed by a campfire gathering with grilled corn and sweet potatoes, warm conversations, and the cozy glow of the fire.
Overnight at the resort. Free time to enjoy Bao Loc’s crisp, peaceful evening atmosphere.
After dinner, return to the villa to rest, with free time to explore Bao Loc at night.
DAY 03: BAO LOC – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch)
Morning: Enjoy breakfast and the fresh morning air at the flower garden in resort before checking out.
Tea Pagoda - set amidst endless green tea hills, offering visitors a sense of calm and release from daily worries. The main hall faces west and features a full glass facade, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking highland sunsets. Within the grounds, the lush tea plantations and the reflection of the 100-hectare Nam Phuong Lake create a serene setting for quiet reflection.

After lunch, depart for Ho Chi Minh City.
Stop en route at a rest area to shop for local specialties. Arrive in the city and bid farewell, ending the tour.

CHILD POLICY (Based on Year of Birth):
Children from 10 years old and above: 100% tour price – same services as adults.
Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% tour price – includes seat on bus, meals, entrance tickets; no separate bed (sleep with parents). Two children at this rate will still share the same bed with parents (no extra
bed).
Children under 5 years old: Free of charge – meals, tickets, and services will be taken care of by parents; no separate seat on bus. Each pair of adults may accompany only one child free of charge; the second child will be charged as the 5–under-10-year-old category.
Note: Free or discounted children's tickets only cover child entrance fees. At some attractions with height-based pricing, if your child exceeds the standard height limit, parents will need to pay the difference to meet adult pricing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
After registration, any cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 5–10 working days prior to departure will incur an 80% charge.
Cancellations made within 5 days or no-show will be charged 100% of the tour price.
Late arrival on departure day is considered as no-show and subject to 100% cancellation fee.
The time-frames above are calculated based on working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If the tour or service is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations, etc.), the company will refund the unused portion of the tour/service. We shall not be held responsible for any additional compensation beyond what is refunded.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1st Payment: 50% of the tour price must be paid within 2–3 working days after reservation.
2nd Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 5–7 days before the departure date.
NOTES ON ACCOMMODATION:
Standard hotel check-in time: after 3:00 PM; check-out time: before 12:00 PM.
Room arrangements at hotels/resorts are subject to availability and may not be adjacent, on the same floor, or match the guest’s bed type preferences (e.g. twin or double). However, we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
HEALTH CONDITIONS & TRAVEL DISCLAIMER:
Guests with preexisting medical conditions (e.g. heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo) are advised to bring their own prescribed medications.
Travelers aged 80 years and above are not covered by travel insurance. Participation is subject to company review based on health condition and must be accompanied by a family member.
By booking the tour, the customer confirms that they and their travel companions are physically and mentally fit to join the program, and do not suffer from infectious diseases, mental illness, or any condition that could impact other guests.
The guest agrees to waive all claims, legal liabilities, and compensations against the company and its staff regarding health issues arising during the tour.
Any health-related expenses beyond travel insurance coverage (e.g. hospital fees, extended accommodation, special transport) are the guest’s responsibility.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
Pack light for convenience during travel.
Vegetarian meals can be arranged in advance. However, guests are encouraged to bring personal vegetarian snacks to suit their taste.
This is a package tour. No refunds will be given for any unused services.
We recommend leaving valuable jewelry at home to avoid loss or damage during the trip.
The itinerary and order of sightseeing may change depending on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of insufficient group size (as specified in the tour details), the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with notice at least 5 days before departure, offering either a new date or a full refund.
MEDIA CONSENT:
Photos taken during the tour may be used for the company’s promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform our staff in advance.
RECEIPTS & INVOICES:
If you require a VAT invoice, please notify us no later than 10 days after the tour ends.
